Shipping & Refunds
SHIPPING & REFUNDS for physical products.
I aim to get all orders of physical products shipped out within 2-3 business days. All physical products are designed by Unnur Balla for Crystal & Chronicles and are printed and shipped by Printify. I make every effort to pick well reviewed printers with short production times. Please allow for longer for custom orders and backorders.
If the post office returns a parcel for any reason other than a postage miscalculation (such as the recipient moved or refused the item, or the wrong address was provided) a refund for your item will be issued. Shipping costs are non refundable.
I will only provide a refund for shipments lost in the mail after 90 days from the shipment date. This is to ensure that the package has every opportunity to work it's way through the postage system.
Please ensure your order is shipped with tracking number before checking out. We can not provide shipping information on orders placed without a tracking number.
All orders are sent by various printers through Printify - please view Printify's terms and shipping information for more info.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Multiple international orders can not be combined into a single shipment. This is to mitigate the frustration and expense of lost packages, ensuring that if a package is lost it only impacts a single order.
All goods sent to another country have to go through that country's customs. Some countries impose customs fees or tariffs (additional taxes collected by that country). The amount charged is determined by the destination government, and some of these fees can be quite high. Please be aware of these fees before ordering, as I will not refund international shipping on orders that have been returned unclaimed.
I will not alter the price of an item or mark it as a gift for you to avoid customs fees. It is fraud to falsify a customs form, and carries a penalty and possible imprisonment.
REFUND POLICY for physical products.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order at uniferballa@gmail.com
To be eligible for a return refund, I must receive the item back in new condition. Please message me through my website, social media accounts or my email for return address information.
If your item arrived to you damaged in shipping, please email me a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of package delivery.

Unfortunately, I do not guarantee exchanges or replacement items. If you need a replacement item or to exchange please contact me personally and I will see what can be done.
SHIPPING & REFUNDS for digital products.
Digital products are delivered via downloadable link after checkout and/or an email sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please be sure to check spam folders as the email with your downloadable link may have ended up there. Feel free to message me any time if there are any issues with your digital product.
Unfortunately, I do not offer any returns or refunds for digital products. All sales are final. All digital products are for personal use only.
